4.1 Cabinet for extrusion line

1) Temperature Controlling System:

a,The temperature controller for the main extruder is Siemens thermocouple temperature controller. Solid relay is used for heating and cooling loop. The solenoid valve is Danfoss from Netherland

2) Main Extruder Interlock Protection Function:

a,Main Extruder interlocks with the lubricant pump for the gear box and the fan for the main motor. Gearbox temperature and pressure will be interlocked with the main extruder.

c,The main motor has protective functions of over current, under voltage, lack of phases, over heat and block running.

3) Main breaking switch is Schneider

4) Small AC contactor is Schneider products

5) New type motor protective air switch is Schneider;

6) Power breaker is Schneider

7) The electrical cabinet is designed and produced according to the standard of SIEMENS which has a wider space and is good for ventilation and heat dispersion as well as examination and repairing
